Here is the place where you can download and install the latest version of Symptom Survey Maestro...

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you own a previous 1.XX or 2.XX or 3.XX version then you need to request a new Activation Code in order for this new version to run. 
 

Do not install this new version until you receive your new 4.XX Activation Code

To check your current version number, follow the steps below...

1. Start Symptom Survey Maestro on your PC.
2. Look at the Title Bar at the top of the program (usually it's blue).
3. After the words Symptom Survey Maestro - Version, you will see your current version number.
4. If you are at the latest version, you do not need to do anything.

If you are not at the latest version, then close Symptom Survey Maestro and follow the instructions below...

After clicking on the Download Now button below, a File Download window will pop-up.  Depending on the web browser you are using, you must select either click on the Open button, or click on the Run button.  This will download the new installation program and then immediately begin the installation of Symptom Survey Maestro on your PC.
